Rebelz are an ten productions old entertainment group aiming to come out with a public performance every quarter. We aim to put up English plays, which we can relate to and, unlike bland American adaptations, tell stories with a desi and spicy touch. Our original plays, music and ideas have stuck a note with the audience and we have been successful in pulling in over 1000 people for the performances. The tryst with destiny started with our first play - “Phantom Parody” in September 2006. The journey continued with the next play "Let's Find Love" in the summer of 2007, followed by a restaging of "Phantom Parody" in March 2008 in aid of ALERT. In July 2008 we did "Once upon a time in Arabia" and the year ended with the "Battle of sexes" in December.
The first show in the year 2009 was on May 17 with the staging of Two to Tango and ending the year with our 3rd anniversary show in september - Scurvy pirates and the Malabar chest
The first show In 2010 was Blind Date cafe on March 6th and on 21st, November, Battle of the Sexes was restaged in Bangalore.
